Over 250 people have been arrested in Charlotte, North Carolina, as part of ongoing federal immigration enforcement operations, according to authority reports.

Charlotte constitutes the latest American city to experience strengthened federal involvement, following similar measures in larger metropolitan areas like Chicago and Los Angeles in recent months. Government officials have claimed that those apprehended include individuals with criminal backgrounds and street gang participants.
